Queering Wood Craft Part 16- What’s Queer Enough? Creativity, Risk and Failure

Queering Wood Craft Part 16- What’s Queer Enough? Creativity, Risk and Failure | Sat, Nov 14, 2026 | 12:00 – 1:30 pm EST | Zoom
The Museum for Art in Wood’s series of conversations with queer woodworkers is back for another installment this fall. Guest Curator, Deirdre Visser will facilitate a conversation on what is queer enough and the aspects of creativity, risk and failure can play in our lives. Round table participants are Adam Atkinson and Haniel Wides. Attendees are encouraged to share their own experiences with creativity, risk and failure.
This event is free to the public. The Museum for Art in Wood interprets, nurtures, and champions creative engagement and expansion of art, craft, and design in wood to enhance the public’s understanding and appreciation of it. A suggested donation of $5 per person enables us to provide programs and exhibitions throughout the year.
