Queering Wood Craft Part 15- Queer Ancestors. Who Inspires You?
Queering Wood Craft Part 15- Queer Ancestors. Who Inspires You?| Sat, Oct 17, 2026 | 12:00 – 1:30 pm EST | Zoom
The Museum for Art in Wood’s series of conversations with queer woodworkers is back for another installment this fall. Guest Curator, Deirdre Visser will facilitate a conversation on queer ancestors and how they inspire us. Round table participants are Olivia Kuang, Leo Cunningham, and Scott Braun. Attendees are encouraged to share their own inspirations.
This event is free to the public. The Museum for Art in Wood interprets, nurtures, and champions creative engagement and expansion of art, craft, and design in wood to enhance the public’s understanding and appreciation of it. A suggested donation of $5 per person enables us to provide programs and exhibitions throughout the year.
