Join us for an inspiring evening with artist Katie Hudnall as we take an urban walk through Philadelphia.
This unique event celebrates The Longest Distance Between Two Points—Hudnall’s first solo museum exhibition, rooted in the art of walking and collecting. For Hudnall, walking is more than movement; it’s a way of thinking, observing, and connecting. Each object she gathers along the way tells a story and becomes a quiet link to the people who once carried them.
See the city through a fresh, creative lens. Bring a camera, sketchbook, smartphone, or a bag—anything to help you collect and capture your own experience along the way.
Please meet at the Museum at 6:15 pm.
This event is free to the public. The Museum for Art in Wood interprets, nurtures, and champions creative engagement and expansion of art, craft, and design in wood to enhance the public’s understanding and appreciation of it. A suggested donation of $5 per person enables us to provide programs and exhibitions throughout the year.
