TOPS II: A Second TURN Workshop

If you missed TOPS, our last exhibition-inspired, hands-on workshop, don’t worry. You can still register to participate in TOPS II: A Second TURN. That’s right, our first workshop was so successful that we’ve added another!

We’ve made some additions, including a private tour of our new museum collection, an additional hour to work, the introduction of new art materials, and more top choices so that you will be able to decorate lathe turned spindle tops.

Once again, another of our tastefully skilled wood turners, Philip Hauser, will be demonstrating his sensitivity and craftsmanship in a number of engaging and amazing lathe turning techniques. Critically acclaimed visual artist and teacher, Rachel Bliss, will guide you through the creative journey while making sure you reach your intended artistic destination with a top that is both a visual treat and built to compete.
