Jump into the holiday season with Shane Confectionery’s historic German Springerle Cookie Molds hosted by Elfreth’s Alley and The Center. While sipping on hot cider enjoy a presentation by Shane’s Co-owner and Historic Confectionery expert Ryan Berley. During the evening see a step by step process of the wood carving for the molds. For the full experience we’ll head over for a tour of the Elferth’s Alley Museum after the presentation.
Don’t forget to pick up a up a few sweets for you and your family with the goodies that Shane Confectionery will have for sale that evening.
