Notes: Frank Cummings has an MFA and is an Associate Dean at California State University at Fullerton. Cummings brings a flair for the exotic to turning. This piece exploits and reveres the beauty of the grain structure of a full log, bark to pith. A rim of inset ivory and gold supports a series of wooden fret work, individually handcrafted.
