Notes: My current artwork “Bone Ah Me” captures the same word-play spirit. This chair combines the meaning of the French word “Bonne ami” meaning “good friend” with a structure made of bones. And as you know bones as well as good friends are our best support. So to honor these helping partners, it only seems appropriate to meld these two thoughts into a common object…”Bone Ah! Me” One might say thank goodness for poetic license!
