Meet the Fellows Opening

Art in Wood: Philadelphia’s ACC Fellows opens on October 30 and features five of America’s most prominent artists and Fellows of the American Craft Council (ACC): Sharon Church, jeweler; David Ellsworth, wood turner; Michael Hurwitz, furniture maker; Bruce Metcalf, jeweler; and the late George Nakashima, furniture maker.  The exhibition also features photographs from Paul J. Smith, curator, artist, and Director Emeritus of the Museum of Arts and Design.

In addition to seeing the earliest preview of the exhibition, this event will give attendees the opportunity to meet some of the Fellows and hear them speak about their exhibited work.
