We are thrilled to invite you to the second annual Bandsaw Bash!
This festive event offers a chance to celebrate the Center for Art in Wood, its unique and devoted community, and the advent of springtime. The Bandsaw Bash is also a fun opportunity to recognize and support the work that the Center is doing all throughout the year.
This year, the Bandsaw Bash will take place at the Center on Friday, May 15, 6:30 – 9:30 pm.
If you joined us at the memorable inaugural Bandsaw Bash in 2019, you know how energizing and jubilant the event was. You can show your love for the Center and help support by advertising in our event program book. The program book will be distributed among our guests, press, corporate and individual sponsors. In addition to the printed program, a digital version will be available on our website. You will receive a hard copy of the program book along with a letter confirming the 100% tax-deductibility of your ad.
On behalf of the Board of Trustees, and the staff of the Center, we thank you for your consideration in supporting the Bandsaw Bash by advertising in our event program book. Please find the enclosed information regarding the pricing and sizes of each space available. The deadline for ad sales and artwork is April 2nd.

Digital guidelines for submitting ads:
We prefer to receive ads in PDF format but flattened, high-resolution bitmap .tif and .psd files are also acceptable. Follow PDF/X-1A standard, making sure to embed all fonts and turn off font subsetting. Convert all images and line art to CMYK color space.
*Please double check that your ad is the correct size.
* Ads should be submitted as follows
—if using Illustrator, change all fonts to outline and save as .eps
—if using InDesign or Quark, export as .pdf
—if using Photoshop, flatten file and save as .tif
*Ads in all formats must be CMYK and at least 300 dpi
*If including bitmap images, they must be at least 800 dpi
*Ads will be accepted via email.
